Just waited almost an hour for Pad Thai and Coconut Shrimp. Waited at the bar and had one cocktail. The Pad Thai is a very inedible try and should be labeled as "garlic flavored noodles", there's no sense of Thai at all. I'd expect a lot more after waiting that long in a restaurant that was not busy. When the wait staff sits at the bar to watch T.V., it makes me wonder what's going on in the kitchen as well. Management staff did not come over, I did receive an apology from a bartender.

Very good place to eat. Best fish tacos in the sioux falls area! Huge bar selection and drinks. Food is fresh and delicious with a tropical feel atmosphere. Indoor and out door seating. Employees are very friendly and service is quick.

I came here with some coworkers for lunch. I ordered a cheeseburger for $13. I expected a pretty good restaurant burger for that price, but there wasn't even any lettuce, tomato, pickles, etc..... just a dried out bun, dried out burger patty and a slice of cheese. I understand that burgers aren't their focus, but come on! I would've been MUCH better off walking next door to Dairy Queen! IF I ever go back... it will not be by my choice. I have been here probably 4 or five times, and have been utterly disappointed every time. The okay service gets a star I suppose

Where do I begin? Absolutely wonderful! In a city where restaurant choices and concepts seem to be the backbone, this fine establishment stands head and shoulders above the vast majority. The food options would satisfy any taste and are presented as works of culinary mastery. The service is dedicated to the concept of customer service. The bar offers choices and an atmosphere a kin to cheers. All that being the framework to no excuse managers. I am a regular, are there nights when service could be faster? Yes. Are there times when my expectations may not be met? Yes. However I have to ask myself, was this made right and did I give the managers or staff the courtesy to let them know my concern. A great customer experience also includes the customer being a good customer. Bracco's is a place that I will continue to call my restaurant. And to those that have given this place a poor review, can you be satisfied? Did the managers address your concern and offer to make it right? Did you accept this offer? If so you have no business giving a negative review. Hot coconut shrimp? Honestly everyone knows this is deep fried, it hopefully arrives hot! Let's stop thinking we are the only customers on any given day!

Having had a good lunch here before I was really looking forward to trying their Oktoberfest Rouladen. I don't know what this was but it wasn't Rouladen. What I got was deli sliced roast beef (obviously cooked then sliced) loosely folded around some onions and dill pickle hamburger slices all drowned in a brown vinegar sauce. The spaetzel and cabbage were good. I was almost late getting back from lunch after waiting 15 plus minutes for my check. I will probably give them one more chance but I was severely disappointed this trip.

So bad. So very, very bad. Somehow the service is actually worse than the food. The chicken nachos are okay if they don't drown it in their mystery sauce. Great menu items, done poorly and brought to you...maybe. Best thing is having Fernson brewing on tap, but bartender didn't know how to pour it and wasted a TON. Server literally blamed all of these: the kitchen, the bus boy that was nice enough to run his food, the day of the week and his customers for why he was unable to competently do his job. We were one of his three tables.

Went to Bracco's for lunch today. We decided to sit on the patio. Bugs were at bay so it was a good decision on our part. I got Sangria which is always good at Bracco's and has never failed me. The chips and guacamole were perfect as normal. I got a seafood enchilada and my sister got Cajun chicken tortellini. My food was basically cold. Maybe a touch warmer than room temperature. The scallops were the size of a pea, at best. The shrimp were over cooked something terrible. The crab meat was out of can. It was a terrible experience. The Cajun chicken tortellini was over half peppers in the dish. The food today was not so good and did fail for once in my book at Bracco's. I like to support local but sometimes the chains just don't let you down. Service was great and thank you Kourtney!! You make the experience a little more enjoyable.

This is a difficult review to write because I had positive experiences with Bracco's in the past but the last two visits brought me to share. I highly recommend the Buffett which is delicious, and has many very well prepared dishes. The first poor visit we had was when we ate on a Tuesday and our food took over an hour to arrive, and tasted awful. It was a lunch dinner with my in laws who I thought would really like the place since I said I liked it before. The flat bread pizza we ordered was just terrible. Like embarrassingly bad. I'm wondering if they were training a cook. The bread tasted overdone, but since some of our meals were good we didn't say anything, just attributed it to an off night. The second visit I took my sister from Oregon, and my brother and his wife. Our food arrived promptly, but didn't look very good. After half eaten we decided to leave. It was New Year's Eve and we celebrated at home. About am hour later, half of us are pretty sure we had food poisoning. We are not drinkers so I know it wasn't that. Unfortunately after that visit I have decided to give Braccos a break for a year or so. I recommend the Sunday buffet, but just be careful what your order. It's a gamble with the quality of food you'll get. Sometimes it's wonderful but I'm not taking any chances. Good luck.

Made reservations in the morning. We were seated in the back, and the table seated right after us was served first. Everything ran slowly, from appetizers to mixed drinks. Worst of all was when the recommended dish of Macademia nut Mahi-Mahi was served burnt and over-cooked. When I finally saw our waitress again 20 minutes later, I was offered a free dessert, but after all of the time spent expecting a great experience, the 4.50 didn't quite cover it. So disappointing.

If my friends from the east coast ever visited me in Sioux Falls, this is probably where I would take them to eat! I've been here twice--once during high school and again (at least six years later) last week. I love the concept of the various cuisines, although it can also be a little confusing (which is where it loses one star for me). It just seems a tad odd to offer Caribbean, Thai, Cajun, and Tex-Mex all in the same place. But at the same time, it's awesome because these are cuisines that are hard to find in South Dakota! I took my parents here because I knew it had something to please all of us. I could have my beloved Thai food, and my mom could have some form of "safe" chicken dish, and my dad could opt for a boring burger, like always. :) I was very pleased with my Vegetable Pad Thai. They even gave me chopsticks! It was pleasantly spicy (I wouldn't have minded a little more spice!) and exploding with flavor. The peanuts were totally my favorite part. Some of them were a little charred and it gave them the most incredible flavor. The downfall: I had garlic/onion breath for the next 7 hours, at least. My mom kept handing me mints and it was mortifying...but oh-so-worth it! Major bonus points for having Angry Orchard cider on tap! (I just LOVE how cider is taking over American bars right now!)

I worked out a reservation with Bracco's Veronica in advance for a group of 13 in a private room. My expectations were met and then some! Our server, Sara, was delightful and the food was quite tasty. Veronica was very flexible in setting up a select menu - pad thai, steak, fish...all chosen by my family and all enjoyed. The room was quiet just outside the bar area and was exactly what we were looking for in terms of an adult dinner. Strawberries on the champagne glasses were an added bonus! As our group is from many metro areas, I was very pleased that Sioux Falls had such a service-oriented gem with entrees that were well-priced and enjoyable. I will return.

This place is touch and go. Ive had good and bad experiences here. That being said Ive frequented the place a lot ever since it opened, summertimes are pretty cool here. If you have guests from out of town its a cool place to get drinks. Try not to be put off by the bartenders gross hygiene habits behind the bar of eating out of a community bowl of snacks, management hasn't seemed to address this issue yet.

Where to start. Ordered a cajun chicken sandwich and burger they came out with no lettuce, tomatoes, or condiments and way over cooked. Sent back twice. WTF cooks? Manager was not very nice. Said he would give 5 bucks off...and check came and it was 4.75. Place is overpriced cr@p. Won't go there again.

The menu is extensive and creative which is nice, but I just don't know if it is worth the price. I ordered a seafood pasta for $18 the last time I was here and was not impressed, but before this trip I had the Cuban which was pretty solid and was around $10. The pasta just didn't really have much flavor other than the creamy sauce it was in. I guess I was hoping to taste the seafood more? Who knows. The best thing I've had is the salad which isn't really a good thing. The patio is awesome and I hear they have some pretty good drink specials so I'll stop by for an evening at the bar sometime. Fun atmosphere but not cheap.

Food was good, but like the others said, service was slow. Asked for our drinks in the fun glasses which we we wanted to purchase and were told they can't serve those on the patio, too big of a mess. But we could go inside if we wanted one. Huh? Drinks took forever as did the food. Same with those seated around us. Figured it was due to the lunch rush, but found there was no one inside when we left. Weird.

First timers here. Staff was great. Started off with fried walleye sticks as a appetizer, this was delicious. Could have eaten 2 orders. I had the jambalaya, which has chicken, fish, shrimp, scallops and sausage, with white rice. My husband had a cheeseburger. Only complaint was that the cheeseburger was very dry and came with only 1 slice of cheese. Our waitress was Amillionaire and was a sweetheart! Loved the fresh flower on each plate also.

Went to braccos for an office visit over supper. Took us over 2 1/2 hours to eat. Extremely slow service. Many of us finished our drinks before others even had them. Not that difficult to get that right! The food was average. Great presentation but just average on the taste. Overall rating a 2 star solely due to the poor service

I am in love with their ancho mashed potatoes. Absolutely amazing! The other food is meticulously cooked to perfection and the bar staff are very attentive and easy going. Went for the Fathers Day Brunch last year, was a little less impressive since it was a buffet, however, dinner service is fantastic!

My first and likely only experience with Bracco's and I give props to the staff. Our server took great care of our large party in a semi private dining area. Rarely have I experienced such kind and attentive service to a large group of diners. No, we weren't here for the drinks or ladies night festivities either. Didn't really know what to expect from such a varied menu. Our end of the table chose a couple of the Oktoberfest specials. The Schnitzel was the some of the best I'd ever tasted. My Rouladen was slightly overcooked, however the red cabbage and roasted potatoes were A+. The Coconut Shrimp was a hit and the two very different lime and wasabi sauces were creative and tasty accompaniments.

Coming up from the blistering heat of Texas, this was a wonderful oasis after a day of shopping. We got to sit outside (thanks for the awesome weather!!). They have a good variety of mixed drinks and beers, which was pleasing to the four of us, who needed some nourishment after traipsing around Macy's. Our server was good. He was busy, but was sure to check on us as needed. He let us sit and drink a long time before finally deciding on some food. We started with some guacamole. I've had better, but by SD standards, I found it pretty good. Later on, we got coconut shrimp--good; lettuce wraps--yummy; baked macaroni and cheese--delish; and some flat bread pizza--just okay. I was not expecting a sweet sauce on it, which was kind of a turn off. Mostly the food was very good. Next time I'm in town, if this place comes up as a dining option, I can sure endorse it.

I would give Bracco 3 1/2 stars if I could. It was A-OK + for us. We dined there with family, including a 10-month-old, on a trip to South Dakota, and we enjoyed it. It wasn't stand-out special, but it was good, the service was professional and the food enjoyable. I had a cosmopolitan when we were seated, and it was good, but the cherry in it made it seem different, sweeter than normal. The others in our party all had draft beers they enjoyed quite a bit. The menu is EXTENSIVE, with a lot of pages of meal items from various cuisines. One of our companions said you should order from the main competency of a restaurant's menu, but we weren't sure at Bracco what that would be. Finally, after much back-and-forth, I went for the pad thai with shrimp. It was VERY good, just right spicy (kick but not overwhelming heat), and I ate every bite. Everyone was pleased with his or her meal. I think Bracco is a solid, reliable standby restaurant. I would definitely order the pad thai again, but it didn't provide us with the experience or food that I see myself craving in the future.

When I entered this restaurant, I just expected to get one meal off of the menu. I was pleasantly surprised to see that there was a Sunday brunch buffet! I have never seen a buffet with so much variety. They had everything-sushi, italian, mac and cheese, different meats including sweet and sour chicken, fish (grouper strips Yum!) to traditional breakfast items like waffles and scrambled eggs. They also had a salad and dessert bar. It was absolutely delicious! This restaurant is a must if you visit Sioux Falls, South Dakota!

Friday is half priced drinks for men! Their Sunday brunch is the best brunch I have had in this town! I used to get the fish and chips, but they down sized the fish. Because of the down size we only go to brunch and here for drinks now.

What a great time we had celebrating Joan's birthday. This was our first time at Bracco, but will not be our last. The Octoberfest is celebrated with fine German meals! There choices would compete with Munich and our own Milwaukee. The fine food was topped off with great service making us feel very welcome. The portions were generous allowing us to take some treats home. We would recommend Bacco to anyone looking for fine food and service at a fair price.

There's a couple reasons to go to Bracco, and a couple not to go. To Go: (LADIES) - Wednesday... all the delicious drinks out of pineapples, coconuts, monkey-mugs, whatever are stupid cheap compared to regular night. Guys - the reason to go on Wed is the Ladies - you can't get a seat outside if you show up at 9 or 10 though - get there early, or send someone early for you. To Go: FOOD: Mac & Cheese. This is the only menu item you should go there for. The 2nd place is seared ahi tuna, but that sauce burns a bit on the back-end. Best tomato beer with Olives I have EVER had! Really, it's way better here than anywhere, i don't get it.. To Stay away - Crowed, Food really isn't dynamite like it should be for the price. Parking, and sometimes, if you're not 21-27 yrs old, you just want to stay away from the drunken drama

Had lunch here with some family the other day as we were passing through town. This place presents very nicely. The service is great. They have a nice selection of food and drinks. It feels like a classy Caribbean theme. Everything except the food was 4 stars. The Food however was not impressive. I had the guacamole burger and it was a overdone. The fries it came with were nothing more than BK fries. Overall it's almost a 4 star place. If they made the food amazing, it could even be 5 stars coupled with their good service and nice atmosphere.

Decent mojito - a little sweet but served in a pretty glass. Wimpy amount of mint and rum though. Great place for happy hour and groups. Banana fritters is their signature dessert. It was pretty light. Not the best dessert I ever had, but looked better than anything else on the menu. Overall I left pretty satisfied and the bill was cheap since I went during happy hour!

Another pretty good place in an area where you wouldn't expect to find so many pretty reasonable restaurants. Again, the same group I mentioned in my other Sioux Falls reviews went to lunch. The menu at Bracco's isn't eclectic; the fare is pretty standard, it is just a hodge-podge of different menu items of different genres. You can order a stir-fry or similar Asian-style dish but also have burritos or something as simple as Mac and Cheese. I wound up with the Cajun Chicken Pasta, which was also pretty good.

Worst food. Bad service. I think I got our waiter to hate us pretty early on after asking about where they get their meat and if their produce was local (I was under the impression this was a better restaurant b/c of reviews and family). Our waiter was snobby to us from then on. We ordered sushi. We were surprised that there was only one individual piece of each roll (four pieces- four different kinds of rolls- it was a misunderstanding on our part, I'm sure). My husband put a roll in his mouth and immediately had to spit it out. It was cold, old... I can't even describe this. A miniature stale, frozen rice hockey puck? The waiter asked if he should have taken it out of the freezer earlier. Needless to say, don't order the sushi. Looking over the menu- it seemed like they had just one large shaker of cajun seasoning in the kitchen. My meal was in between bad and okay. It was edible, I guess. Husband's was the same. He had the mac and cheese and wow it was just cheesy. There was no balance to it -at all-. Will NEVER go back here. Ever. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

We had a good experiece eating here. We were with a large group from work on a Sunday night. The food was great, I had an American turkey wrap, and my husband had the hamburger steak. The ingredients on the wrap were super fresh and it was delicious and the hamburger steak also was done well. The drinks were quite high($5-6) a piece. We had two servers for 18 people and were disappointed with how slow the rest of the place was that we didn't have more attentive service from our servers with refilling drinks and coming around. We still love the brunch on Sundays and enjoy the food overall. We will be back but probably will be drinking water.

Bracco's is one of my favorite places to dine and drink in Sioux Falls. The food is good, but the atmosphere is what draws the people. And Bracco's Ladies Night is the best in Sioux Falls! Best time to be at Bracco's is during the summer and outside on the large patio on a Wednesday night ejoying some drinks with friends.

I have mixed feelings about Bracco's. I do wish it wasn't the 'it' place to see and be seen in Sioux Falls, most summer nights this place is noisy and crowded. Their outdoor patio is wonderful though and they do have a wide variety of drinks. The food is usually good. I really enjoy the flatbreads but most other things I've tried here haven't been mind blowing. The decor is run and tropical and the service has always been good. Overall Bracco's is a nice place to meet up with friends, have a drink and apps., skip the rest.

My husband and I shared the fish and chips basket and the fish tacos. Both were good. Nothing to write home about but certainly nothing to complain about. We will definitely be back to try other menu options.

Great place in Sioux Falls--great ambiance! Good array of food! Eclectic feeling...the outdoor seating is great too!

Bracco is a good, but not great restaurant in Sioux Falls. The food is good and the service is also good. The shrimp tacos appetizer is very good. They have a very nice patio for outdoor dining.

The bad thing about sitting at the bar is the inability to get the attention or the bartenders
